Shipping Policy

All the customized printed items are made in the State of Texas shipping from the United States might cause tariffs. Please know well about your country's laws, all the products dreamitbuildit3d selling default FOB trading terms, and the buyers will take responsibility for all kinds of product tax in their country. Shipping from the local state has no import tariffs required.

Weather, Covid-19, and other situations may emerge from our carriers DHL, UPS,  USPS, etc.

All printed items will ship from Texas. At the same time, we understand customers sometimes require items as soon as the order is purchased. If you have any unique shipping methods, don't hesitate to contact us by online chat or emailing us.

Helmets and Armors Sets may have a 3d printing period from 3 to 4 weeks before shipping; please communicate with dreamitbuildit3d if you need the product before the time I mentioned.

All other items are set for printing time between 3 to 10 days.

Preparation for delivery (quality checks, packing, paperwork, etc.) usually takes 3-7 business days and is NOT included in the overall "shipping time."

All packages have specific tracking information.

You will receive an email notifying you once your order has shipped. The email will include a unique parcel tracking number.

Once the order is authorized and verified, we will send a confirmation email to you. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. This time frame makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order; however, we will do our best to support your request.

Orders will be processed within 1-10 business days after receiving full payment. Handling time of shipping may take up to 3 days due to COVID-19. We will provide a tracking number as soon as it's available.

U.S. Free Standard Shipping in orders $25.00 DLLs and up

· We are offering standard free shipping every day on U.S. orders $25.00 US Dollar and up.

· This free shipping offer excludes Alaska and Hawaii, P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO, and International orders.

· Normal order handling time will be within 3-10 business days. Please note, some items may require a longer ship-out and delivery timeframe and will detail in product bullet points.

Our standard shipping method is ground shipping, and we will ship your order via any mail carrier, including UPS and the United States Postal Service.
